Return and Refund Policy & Procedures

In the event you purchased a product from Tribe & Travel, and you would like to return a product and obtain a refund, simply review our Return and Refund Policy and follow our simple process below.

Return and Refund Policy

To be ELIGIBLE for a return and refund of any product, you must submit a request through our Return and Refund Center within 15 days after your delivery date, or the date you received the item. You must submit your request to the Return and Refund Center to be eligible for a refund.

All products that do not show evidence of heavy usage or damage and fit within the ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS category of this policy will be considered for return and refund.

All products that fit within the INELIGIBLE PRODUCTS category of this policy will be REJECTED and not considered for a return or refund.

Final Sales

Products purchased at a discounted price are FINAL SALES and are non-refundable.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not accept product exchanges.

ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS

Product returns that are APPROVED and ELIGIBLE for a return and refund include:

  1. Products that arrive but have not been opened or removed from their original packaging.
  2. Products that arrive yet are deemed to be broken or damaged due to shipping upon arrival.
  3. Products that arrive yet are deemed defective upon arrival.
  4. Products that arrive but they are incorrect based on the brand, size, or item number indicated on the purchase email receipt.
  5. Products that never arrived from the carrier.

INELIGIBLE PRODUCTS

Product returns that are REJECTED and/or deemed INELIGIBLE or CANNOT be returned or refunded include:

  1. Products that are kept beyond the 15-day return period.
  2. Products that show evidence of wear, tear, change, or alteration.
  3. Products where the original tags, serial numbers, or labels have been scratched or removed.
  4. Products that have been washed, worn, torn, frayed, bleached, stained, or scratched.
  5. Products that have been carved, engraved, embossed, customized, or personalized.
  6. Products that show any signs of heavy usage.
  7. Products purchased at a discount, SALE, or FINAL SALE will not be refunded.

Return and Refund Procedures

  1. Start by submitting a request in our Return and Refund Center. You can return your items within 15 days of receipt of your shipment.

  2. Enter your order number and email address in the form fields indicated and click Start.

  3. Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return. Provide a reason for the return.

  4. Then, we will notify you of the APPROVAL or REJECTION of your refund request.

  5. If APPROVED, an email will be sent to you with an APPROVED status. This email will include exact instructions on how to ship the product back to us. Please follow the exact instructions in the email to avoid delays. Take note of your Return Identification Number (RID). You will need this number to complete the return process.

  6. If APPROVED, package your returned product in a single box AND INCLUDE a copy of the email we sent you stating that “Your Return Request is Approved!” This email will show your Return Identification Number (RID) that we need to match and process your refund.

  7. Finally, ship your product(s) back to us using a shipping label to the following address. Include the RID number on the shipping label. You are responsible for all costs related to shipping the product back to us.

Tip:  Reuse the box that your items arrived in as your return box if you prefer. Be sure to keep copies of all emails we send to you for your own records.

What is a Return Identification Number (RID)?
A RID number is like a return merchandise authorization number (RMA). This number tells us that a return is being made and offers protection against fraudulent returns. You can use your RID number to inquire about the progress of your return as a reference.

  1. If your request is REJECTED, we will notify you by email with a reason for rejection or why your product is ineligible for a refund.

  2. Once your return is received, verified, and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product and your refund will be processed. A credit from us will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 15 business days. You will need to reach out to your bank to determine when this credit will be posted to your account. This will complete the Return and Refund process.

Return and Refund Timing

The total Return and Refund process can take 30 days or more to complete. The total processing time depends on the accuracy of the return and information you provide. For products that do not arrive at all, please Contact Us at info@tribentravel.shop soon after the date of your estimated delivery date so that we contact our carrier and manufacturer. Delays will occur if any step mentioned within this policy is not followed accurately.

Return and Refund Amounts

APPROVED refunds include only the purchase price of the exact product(s) credited back to your original payment method. Any sales tax, shipping fees, or other fees related to the original purchase are not refunded. Remember, products purchased at a discount are FINAL SALES and non-refundable.

Return and Refund Notifications

Remember, we will notify you by email that we will process and complete your refund within 15 days. You will then have to reach out to your credit card or banking institution to track the exact date of when your refund will be credited to your account.
