Shipping Policy

At Tribe & Travel, our goal is to provide you with quality products and the best shipping and delivery service available. Regardless of where you live, we want you to have the timing and information you need to prepare for your product delivery.

Domestic Shipments and Delivery

Under each product, you will find the estimated time of arrival (ETA). This time frame is the length of time it takes for us to process your order and ship it. First, we verify your order and process and package your product. This takes approximately 3 business days. Next, the product is shipped to you (or to the exact address you provided in the order). Postal carriers within the United States take approximately 3 to 4 business days to complete delivery for domestic orders. This means, orders placed and delivered within the United States may take approximately 7 business days total from the date the order was placed. Inclement weather conditions and/or domestic holidays may impact delivery time frames or extend delivery up to 14 to 20 business days. 

At Tribe & Travel, our orders are usually processed and shipped to our customers within 3 to 5 business days due to our relationship with our partners and carriers. However, we have published the estimated time of arrival time frames for each product so that you are informed prior to your product selection and purchase.

Also, whether you order a single product or a group of products, your purchased products are packaged and shipped to you in individual boxes so that you can receive your products as quickly as possible – without dependencies on the inventory readiness of other products included in your order.

International Shipments and Delivery

In the event you’ve ordered product(s) where the estimated time of arrival is more than 12 days, please know that this is because we are arranging for this product to be delivered to you from our international manufacturer, thus longer delivery times are required in order to complete quality checks, order processing, and to authorize shipment with the international carrier.

International Taxes and Customs

Please know that when/if ordering international product(s) in bulk quantity, you may have to pay for customs or taxes associated to product(s) in order for the product(s) to pass custom clearances. This is a standard requirement to remain compliant within each country’s laws for international purchases. Even though we cannot advise or assist you with any tax matters, we do encourage you to reserve additional funds in the event you are asked to pay for international customs or taxes.

Similar to our domestic policy, whether you order a single product or a group of products, your purchased products are packaged and shipped to you in individual boxes so that you can receive your products as quickly as possible – without dependencies on the inventory readiness of other products included in your order.

Track Your Shipment

After you complete your purchase in our store, please keep a copy of your emailed receipt which includes your tracking number. To track the delivery status of your order, just enter your tracking number into our Shipping Tracker, and you will be able to track your shipment from beginning to end.
